Grown to Order

My customers are guaranteed the freshest greens! I don't start growing until your order has been placed. These tiny greens don't take long to harvest, typically 10-14 days. But trust me, they are worth the wait! However, I do keep some of the most popular greens in stock!

We do not wash or process our microgreens - wash before consuming

Broccoli Microgreens

Broccoli microgreens have the same effects as broccoli sprouts. However, you can consume them without the e coli and bacterial risk factors that comes with sprouts.

It earned the nicknamed “liquid gold,” due to that fact that one serving of wheatgrass juice is the rough equivalent of one and a half pounds of dark leafy green vegetables.

And in case you didn't know, even though the word "wheat" is in it, wheatgrass is gluten-free.

Barley Grass

Did you know gladiators used to eat barley grass for strength and stamina?!

It has also been historically used to treat skin, liver, blood and GI disorders!

Barley grass is well known in its freeze dried form, but it's even better for you when it is fresh!

Learn More

Please keep in mind that all microgreens have different nutritional value, just like any other vegetable. I listed a link below to an article that explains how they are considered a "functional food, a food that promotes health and prevents disease."

It will also explain how you can use microgreens in the kitchen to boost flavor and visual presentation!
